Instructions for use:

1. Clean the wound according to standard procedures.

2. Gently pat the surrounding skin dry before applying the waterproof bordered foam dressing.

3. Apply the dressing directly to the wound, extending it at least 2 cm past the edges.

4. No additional fixation is needed; the dressing is ready to use.

5. The waterproof bordered foam dressing can be removed and repositioned if necessary, allowing for wound inspection while retaining its gentle adhesion to the skin.

Cleanse wound thoroughly. The skin surrounding the wound should be clean and dry.

Dressing size is dependent on the wound surface area- the dressing pad should extend 1-2cm beyond the wound margin.

Open the sterile packaging and remove the dressing. Separate the paper backing from the dressing.

Apply the dressing with central pad covering entire wound. Apply gentle pressure around the edge of pad.

Smooth down the edges or the non-woven border ensuring adherence.

To minimise potential damage to fragile skin, the dressing should be eased off using an adhesive remover wipe.
